What should you know about Ebola and reducing risks of infection?

Ebola is a rare and often fatal illness caused by the Ebola virus. The most recent outbreak is occurring in West Africa, with a small number of cases reported in other parts of the world.

CRG can provide the personal protective equipment (PPE) intended to reduce the risk to employees and healthcare workers becoming infected with the Ebola virus.

CRG has over 40 years experience in providing contamination and infection control products and solutions to Australian and New Zealand healthcare organisations and medical bodies.

Equipment would be based on recommendations by the Centre for Disease Control (CDC) and The World Health Organisation (WHO):

Please note PPE is only effective when used in conjunction with workplace training on basic hygiene practices. This includes the correct procedure to remove PPE, gowning up, and hand hygiene. These practices are imperative to preventing the risk of cross contamination.
